Tov The Damsel`s Plaid Maxi Skirt Punk Princess Pick Up Pleats

I am writing this review to thank those of you who provided direction about sizing. I am usually a large, but, based on the reviews, I ordered a medium. It fits perfectly. The skirt has lots of material, but it drapes very gracefully. The front is a bit long in spots, but I am planning to tack up those sections (rouching effect) to give it some lift, rather than cutting the length. The material is beautiful, and it really does look exactly like the photos provided.

I like it, but it is heavy. The pockets are a bit uneven, as in one pocket is sewn one way and the other another, so it doesn't look quite uniform. although it is asymmetrical and gathered in random areas, it would've been nice to have the pockets uniform. One hip looks bigger now because the pocket doesn't lay flat like the other. that is my only gripe. I haven't worn it yet, as I know it will be a conversation piece as it's big and quite checkered! I like the length, I wouldn't recommend wearing it in the summer because it is heavy with lots of layers.

I love the style of this skirt! It has a lot of fabric, however that makes it heavy. I was looking for a fall plaid that I could wear into the winter season. and I found this skirt. It is graceful, yet edgy. The large naey pockets are trending for this fall's high fashion runway. It is too ling for me, but since part of the style are the tucks of fabric, I just tacked it up a little more. The waist is elastic, but I think that I could have ordered down one size.

Great concept, poorly executed. In fact they should have swapped the front and back. The waist design was great, but the weight of the skirt was enormously heavy from all the fabric layers in front. It really looked like it was on backwards, tons of fabric in the front got in the way, and a single layer in the back. I really hoped it would look good, but I returned it.

Material is TOO HEAVY ... Picture suggest flowing skirt...NOT SO.. and appears that there is a sheer lining in skirt NOT SO. Feels more like a costume.

Purchase this skirt for myself. This is one of my best fashion purchases. I love this skirt. It is very unusual, and a great topic of conversation. Prepared to get lots of questions on this skirt. The skirt is long, so it is perfect for tall women!! It can be worn year round. It is a bit heavy, and take up a lot of room, so I would not recommend it for packing in a suitcase if space and weight is a factor.The shipping was speedy and the skirt is exactly as describes.

Really fun and unusual skirt. It is too big and unfortunately no longer available in a smaller size, so I'll have to get it altered. I wish there wasn't so much navy in it, since it would otherwise pair perfectly with a black leather jacket!

I love, love, love this skirt!! It should be ordered in a size smaller for it is really long and I am not sure how I will handle this. I do not want to send it back because I like the way it fits my waist.....it's just very long. It is truly a work of art if you are into a different look for your clothes. Wish I could afford another.....maybe later this year??
