Great stuff. Been taking the 2 capsules together w/ a Benadryl tablet, at bed time, and I've been getting the best sleep I've had in many years! I think I stumbled onto a great combination, so far, works for me.

Good helps me get magnesium I need and a good nights sleep

I started taking Magnesium because of severe, painful leg cramping at night. Voilà! I would and will purchase these again.

These seem to work well so far, I do get noticeably calmer and more tired when I take these before bed. Only took a star off because I do feel groggy sometimes the next morning if I took it too late the night before and the pills are huge and a bit hard to swallow in my opinion. Seems like a good value for the money though, the bottle is pretty huge.

My mom and i have been having horrible cramps. Mine felt like guitar strings ready to POP in my feet and shin. Added these to our regimine and we end up briging up cramps in conversation lol -they hadn't come up because we had them! on that note id recommend
