I bought the 85" and have been very impressed with this TV. I agree with comments about the picture quality, both for TV and for art mode. FWIW, at normal brightness, it's obvious that the "art" is on a screen. But if you turn the brightness down in art mode, it looks much more realistic. I was also pleased to see that there are hundreds of art options available. It may take time for them to load onto your TV after you set it up. I would guess hundreds were added to our library over the first night. Unpacking and setup weren't that bad, but it did take me a couple of hours. You will definitely need more than one person to hang this TV on the wall. The most tedious part was hanging and leveling the wall brackets. There is a template in the packaging that is very helpful. As far as things that could be better, I'd start with the sound. I've read several reviews praising the sound quality, but I don't find it that impressive. Voices sound muffled and music doesn't seem to have much depth. It feels like I'm listening to music on a giant phone. I will probably buy additional audio equipment to pair with the TV. Also, this beast of a TV (around 108 lbs) hangs on two wall brackets. The instructions clearly call for anchoring 4 lag bolts on each plate into solid studs or masonry (no drywall anchors!). The instructions further acknowledge that standard stud spacing is 16" to 18". But the plates are 12" wide. So, unless you're fortunate enough to have tighter stud spacing, you'll only be able to anchor two of the four lag bolts into a stud. It would be great if they'd either make one large plate or make both plates long enough that you actually have a chance at landing all the bolts on a stud. As it is, I'd have to cut my wall open to add extra studs. Finally, it would be nice if there was a way to search through the artwork for artists or by the name of a particular work. Currently, the art that comes with the TV is classified into four categories (landscapes, modern, still life, and other) and it takes a lot of time to scroll through the options. Overall, I'm happy with this TV. The picture quality is awesome, but the 85" is huge. In hindsight, I kind of wish I would have gotten the 75". It's in a really big room, but I don't think the extra width (9 inches) has made that much of a difference in the viewing experience, especially for the difference in cost ($600 as I write this).

Fantastic value for the money. These TV's have great picture, sound, and tons of apps. I haven't found any restrictions, unlike proprietary TV's like LG that restrict what apps you have access to. The Google OS is great and there's even quite a few free content options.

I got the 85. It's easily a 5-Star experience as a TV. Dropped a star because the included mount is two separate 12 inch width mounts. That means you can't get to two standard 16in studs for either of them. Drywall anchors are a complete no go. The TV is too big and that would cause the TV to at least sag over time since the bolt holes are cut wide (like most mounts) So the bolts will slide when the drywall gives out even with lag screws well mounted. Only way to do this properly is to remove the drywall and install a horizontal mounting stud and I replaced the drywall with plywood. Fortunately in my case, I am very used to this type of work but even with that, it added installation time I wouldn't expect. For most, this ends up being a $1k+ install or a TV that sags or even falls off the wall in a few years. And if you are still up for a DIY after reading this, precision is a must. Even being off an 1/8th of an inch on the mount spacing will mean that you can't get the TV on the wall. But the mount makes it flush once it's up which is awesome. Quality work means a quality set up. Now that I am beyond that work, 5/5 star TV.

Arrived without a remote control and without a power cable. The cable is proprietary and I can’t find one anywhere. Buyer beware!

This TV exceeds my expectations in every way. It truly looks like art on the wall rather than a massive black rectangle above the fireplace when not turned on. The motion sensor easily captures movement to turn on art mode. The options for art mode are plentiful including timer, randomized and overall art selection. But the biggest surprise is the TV performance itself. I own an OLED so expectations weren’t so high with this canvas. It does the job just fine. Don’t hesitate buying. The included ultra low profile mount works great (just be sure to install a recessed outlet) and the frame is beautiful around the TV. Add in the lighted remote and included features— and it’s a a true winner. Again, I stress, the art mode is the real deal. Love. Love. Love.

I had a Samsung, so I hesitated when buying this Hisense.. Let me just say, the best decision I ever made with TV’s. The frame, picture, sound, one of the best in the market. Didn’t even need my soundbar.. Don’t think about it, BUY IT!

Most amazing tv!

This TV is beautiful! We love it. One thing that brought it down a star is the mounting for the 85inch. Beware, the spacing is not for 16” 2x4 spacing so we had to cut the drywall behind the tv to adapt the mount to work. It was pretty difficult to do. Other than that, the tv itself is easy to use and has good streaming.
