This is my 2nd Songmics 2x8 Trash Can. This one is upgraded from my first. My 1st was in excellent condition but the ex took it. Whatever. I got a new one. The new 2x8’s have an easy lift top and the lids will stay open if you want. Still no solution for the inner cans lifting when you want to empty them but that’s fine. This is an excellent quality trash can. Super convenient with trash and Recycle. It looks great and blends right in. Low profile in the room. It’s narrow or slim and fits perfectly.

Love this trash can. Replaces to larger trash cans. Good quality. Easy to set up. The most annoying this is the size of the trash cans (8 gallon) I knew that they were smaller but still annoying. It was worth it for me because I wanted 2 separate lids on the cans without them being automatic. I like the size for the trash -makes us take it out more and therefor less smelly - but don't love the size of the recycling. 2 gallons of milk and it's full. I would still give it 5 stars because that's a me problem and nothing wrong with the trash can. Would recommend and would buy again.

I’ve been searching everywhere for a dual-compartment trash can that could hold 13 gallons on each side. After coming up empty for months, I finally decided to try this one. It’s the only model I found that’s both large enough and has equal-sized compartments. Pros: Both the recycling and trash compartments are the same size and can easily fit standard 13-gallon bags, so there’s no need to buy special bags from the manufacturer. The stainless-steel finish looks sleek and does a good job resisting fingerprints. When the bags are installed correctly, the lid seals tightly and keeps odors contained. Overall, it works exactly as expected, and compared to similar models, the price feels fair. Black lids and stainless steel color easily matches the rest of my kitchen. Cons: It’s not a true 13 gallons per side. As shown in my uploaded photos, adding a few more gallons of capacity wouldn’t have changed the footprint much. I wish it came with labels or indicators for trash vs. recycling. Guests kept mixing them up, so I ended up buying stickers to put on the lid. Despite those minor issues, I’m happy with the purchase—it does the job well and looks great in the kitchen.

Just got mine in the mail today and I must say it’s a good quality one. The size is great. It looks sturdy and it’s very similar to the simple human trashcan. It was packaged up perfectly, and I love the fact that it came with sample trash bags. I will update if anything happens.

Nice trash/recycling combo waste can. Convenient to use, attractive, we like the of a foot peddle for opening each receptical independently. The only thing we don’t care for is the trash can liners (tall kitchen liners) we usually get are too short.
