Why I Love Veeniix Drones: Great Quality and Amazing Service You don't need to spend a ton of money to get a great drone that works perfectly. In my experience, Veeniix is the best choice. Their products are awesome, and their promise to treat customers well is much better than most other companies. Unbelievable Customer Service: A True Story Veeniix earned my trust when they kept their one-year product guarantee—that's a whole 11 months longer than most other warranties! I saw this promise in action recently when one of my drones had a small, repeated software problem. I called Veeniix Customer Support over the weekend. I left a message on Saturday and got a call back from Elaine just 20 minutes later! She immediately promised to fix things. The very next morning, Kim called to arrange a brand-new, identical drone replacement, totally free. The process was super easy; I just had to send in some flight records and a photo. To make things even better, Joyce emailed me this morning to confirm the shipment and included a free drone battery as a bonus! Since those batteries cost almost $100, this extra gift showed how willing they were to fix their small mistake. A big thank you to Elaine, Kim, and Joyce for their amazing help! The V11 Pro: Top-Level Power for Everyone Veeniix's great business practices are matched by how good their products are. Out of my five drones, the Veeniix V11 Pro is my favorite because it's reliable and always gets the job done. It's a top-quality machine that is very easy to fly, so even a beginner can figure it out quickly. The V11 Pro gives you professional features without the huge cost: Camera: Takes amazing 8K photos and 4K videos. Range: It can fly and send a signal up to 20,000 feet away. Performance: It has a lot of power and can handle Level 5 wind resistance For an awesome price, excellent performance, and a company you can truly trust, I highly recommend Veeniix. You can even find them easily on Amazon to get this quality for less. What's the most important thing you look for when shopping for a new gadget like a drone?

I rarely write reviews, even when a product performs well, which I admit is probably my own laziness. However, I feel compelled to leave a review for this product because of how thoroughly disappointed I am with it. I genuinely wish DJI were still an option, because this drone is nothing more than an expensive paperweight. I consider myself an experienced drone flyer. I have owned several drones over the years, and while I’m certainly not a professional cinematography pilot, I know what I’m doing. Unfortunately, this drone behaves as if it has a mind of its own. On multiple occasions, it has randomly initiated a return-to-home and landing sequence without warning. When this happens, attempting to cancel the action or manually take control is useless—the drone ignores inputs, lands where it shouldn’t, or crashes into nearby objects. This has happened repeatedly. The battery performance is even worse. Each battery is fully charged before flight, yet I’m lucky to get seven minutes of flight time per battery. This isn’t a defective battery issue—I experienced the same problem with all three batteries, including an additional one I purchased hoping it would solve the issue. It didn’t. Despite very limited use, the drone has extremely low total flight time because it simply isn’t enjoyable or reliable to fly. At best, I might get 21 minutes total across all three batteries. Once the battery reaches around 50%, it suddenly drops to 25%, triggers an automatic return, and once again refuses to allow manual override. The drone then lands wherever it decides, regardless of surroundings. Yes, you get what you pay for, and this is clearly a budget drone—but even a lower-priced product should be functional and enjoyable. This is neither. Flying it is stressful, frustrating, and ultimately pointless. The only one time I had fun flying this thing is the day I opened it. After that nothing but, buyers remorse. Would give 0 stars if possible! My advice: save your money. Buy a good used DJI drone, or if they become available again in the U.S., purchase one new. The higher price is absolutely worth it for reliability, flight time, and actual enjoyment. If you are still within the return window for this drone, return it immediately. It is not worth the headache.

This is a review of the Veeniix V11Pro. The carrying case is well-made. It is rigid, with a carrying handle; much preferred over the shoulder strap that so many have. The components fit snugly and securely. It would have been nice if there was a cut-out for an additional battery (two extras vs one extra). As designed, the drone camera and gimbal face the bottom of the case when being carried. This arrangement would seem to put a fragile component more at risk of damage if the case is dropped, as opposed to having the drone cut-out such that the camera gimbal would be facing the carrying handle. Fit-and-finish of major components (drone, batteries, and controller) are tight and even. The blue plastics are a refreshing departure from the standard black and white finishes on so many drones. Extras: the drone comes with a full set of extra replacement props. So many times, there are ½ the number of needed replacement props included. This unit includes a full set (4) of replacement props. There is an extra pair of replacement controller knobs in the event one or more are needed. The included gimbal protector is a welcome addition. The manual is very comprehensive. It should provide answers to nearly any question, but needs to be read. It contains a few translation errors, but not so many or to such a degree that they make the instructions a chore to read and understand. Overall, the manual is very well-written and illustrated. The drone is more than capable of flying well beyond line-of-sight, which is something that is not permitted under both recreational and commercial FAA regulations for small unmanned aerial systems. Likewise, it is not subject to locked geo-zones, so fly responsibly. The signal between drone and controller was solid throughout all flights. Your results may be different depending on topography and radio signal interference when and where you fly. The responsiveness to controller inputs was not delayed, but was immediate and smooth. Only small moves were needed to actuate changes in yaw, pitch, roll, and lift; particularly with camera tilt. The return-to-home feature was accurate to within 4 feet. Landings were controlled and gentle upon touchdown. Don’t be afraid to put a little effort into unfolding the 4 arms. They are pretty firm. This drone is very solidly built, and unfolding it is no exception. There is nothing at all flimsy about this drone. Be sure to extend the front left and right landing gear before take-off. These also house internal antennas, so if not unfolded, your radio signal might be compromised. Video and photo color, saturation, clarity were all very acceptable. The camera will generate images that are sharp and clear. To see the resolution of your images and videos, read the micro SD card (128 GB or less) and right-click on each, then click on “Properties” file sizes, resolution, and DPI are a few of the details that you’ll discover. At high and normal speeds, there was a bit of very lightly visible “artifact” from the left prop in the upper left area of videos. This is likely from the degree to which the aircraft is pitching forward. No such was observed in the slowest (“Cine”) mode. The waypoint function works very well out to a maximum of 300 meters. Beyond that circumference, the waypoints do not operate. The “image-follow” function simply pivots the drone on a fixed point, not following the image forward, backwards or side-to-side. The “GPS follow” will permit the drone to actually move in a linear fashion to follow the controller. Flight time came out to around 32 minutes. This is roughly 80% of the advertised flight time and is well within the bounds of acceptability. Battery capacity will improve after a couple of charge-discharge cycles, so don’t expect to experience the full potential until after a few such flights. Charging time will vary according to the wall block being used, but my time from a low of 16% to full was about 90 minutes. There is not an obvious indication on the battery of when it is fully charged (change in LED indicators, lights turn off, all four LED remain solidly lit, etc.) like there is on the controller (“Charge Done”). The phone holder is large enough to hold my Samsung Galaxy S22+ without having to remove it from the Otter Box protective case. The drone has built-in RID. No external module needed. Due to weight (over 249 grams) the FAA requires the drone to be registered for all users (recreational and commercial). The manual provides very clear guidance on registering the unit with the FAA. The APP is very intuitive to follow. It is stable and provides a degree of redundancy with the telemetry data provided by the controller display. A minor issue for me was having to choose between the V11 and the V11Pro at the start of each new session. Perhaps this can be remedied in a future update to the app. It’s a minor issue but one that, if remedied, would serve to refine the app a bit. The drone performed as expected, and in a very convincing manner. There were no “surprises” of a negative nature. It is very solid, smooth, and stable. On this basis, it is receiving a 5-star rating from this reviewer.

I recently purchased this Veenix V11 PRO drone, and it exceeded all my expectations. Interesting looking drone had a blue color on top. It has built in Integrated FAA Remote ID since the weight is more than 250g and you need to register it with FAA and they have step by step instructions on how to do that in the User Manual. Bag - nice rigid case with a carrying handle and Veeniix logo . It has double pull zippers which is appreciated. Case has cutouts for Drone, Remote and the extra battery. The propellers are not folding which makes them more rigid. Remote looks similar to DJI . Remote connected to the phone using the supplied C type cable. The package also includes second battery, extra sets of gimbal sticks, extra USB A to USB C cables, spare OTG cables to connect your phone to remote and a couple sets of spare propellers. You also have a User Manual and a Flight Safety guide. Remote feels very solid and I like that it has a screen providing some essential information about drone speed, distance, GPS and battery level, etc. Remote has a scroll wheel on the right side for tilting the gimbal which for many is opposite to what we used to on most drones. But you get used to it after a couple of flights. Battery has USB C charge port on the side, it has 3500 mAh capacity and it’s fast charging to full charge in about 2 hours. The 4K camera has a very solid gimbal cup that protects it during travel from accidental damage. Camera has 1/2" CMOS sensor and f1.8 aperture which means it lets in lots of light. The drone is using a Micro SD card up to 128 GB. I recommend using a U3 speed rated card because it's shooting 4k video with 30 fps, which is the only choice for this version of software. They may present more choices with the future software upgrades. Flying the drone. The take off was stable and the drone was holding the GPS position very well. It has level 5 Wind Resistance which is 24 miles per hour, so it can be launched even with windy conditions. Overall it feels like a very solid full size drone. When moving the drone around it keeps the camera very stable. The gimbal dial wheel is on the right side of the remote which is opposite from most of the drones controllers, but you get used to it very quickly. I’ve also noticed that the gimbal dial is very sensitive out of the box and you have to be very gentle to control it when you shoot a video because it can be pretty jumpy. It may be the way to adjust it from the settings in the app. The drone has 3 speeds : low for camera (3 meters/sec - about 7mph , mid-regular (5 meters/sec about 12 mph ) and high-sports mode (10 meters/sec - about 22 mph) . Left joystick to control yaw for the drone to rotate left and right feels very sensitive to me when flying for the first time even in low camera mode, this is something that can be adjusted in a future app upgrades. But after a few flights the controls feel very comfortable so you get used to it very quickly. The battery performs very well on the first flight. I got about 35 minutes but they say the full capacity will be reached when you charge the battery 3 or 4 times. Distance test was successful too - the reception was solid with the drone about 1 mile away after the image on the remote started to freeze up a little, but keeping the Telemetry running and I turned the drone around. The return-to-home feature works perfectly by landing a drone within 3 ft. from where it was launched. The SONY camera performance is outstanding, With 4K / 30 fps resolution and EIS anti-shake system stabilization the video and pictures look very impressive even for the professional video photographers. The image quality is sharp and vibrant. Overall this is a good size drone in a small case. It comes with everything you need. I was not expecting the robust size and build quality along with the advanced features at this competitive price . I highly recommend this drone for anyone who is looking to explore the world from above.

I’ve heard mixed reviews but my experience with the battery is I got 40 minutes out of one 30 minutes out of the other. It just depends on how hard the wind is blowing and other things how fast you’re going blah blah blah. Overall, the wind resistance is very good cause I’ve had it up in some windy conditions. It does great for what I use it for. I just take pictures. It’s a very good drone and it’s not banned.
