The higher the weight and lower the battery level, the slowing the climbing torque, which is what you should know with motor and controller wattage being sub 500watt.Overall amazing scooter, which is a top competitor to the I-MAX, all other US branded scooters like E-TWOW, SWAGATRON, Glion etc (in my opinion) are sub par. Also, seller's customer service is top notch, definitely would recommend Inokim.
