Necessity for Cold and Flu Season
These capsules are super easy to take and have no flavor. I have not noticed any digestion issues. I do notice a huge difference between when I take them and when I don’t. If I stay consistent, I seem to rarely ever get sick! It’s a great value.

Keep your college student healthy
The stress of college, lack of sleep, and poor eating habits away from home, means that your 'kids' are likely to get sick. It makes it soooo easy to order the things on Amazon and send to them. They are laze to go to the stores and don't have as many options. Plus, it's no fun to go shopping when you're sick. Of course you try and get them to bring enough vitamins with them when they head off to school, but they rarely listen to parents and this is no exception. Just send it to the. When sick they should take 4-8 of these a day to really kick the gold. Same with vitamin D. And if those two don't help--send some Quercetin and Zinc. Ginger helps too.
