I baked brioche buns for sandwich, and it worked very well as you can see it in a picture. Ring mold is thicker than I expected, steady, and very nice quality. As some reviewer said, seam is not totally round. So, I pushed with it gentle pressure from inside to made it round. Also, one reviewer talked about stick inside. I usually put parchment paper inside to use ring mold. I really like this mold since price is very good, yet quality is very good too.

These arrived in a protective box inside a padded envelope, so I received them in perfect condition. They're the right gauge and weight for making mini layered cakes and other molded desserts, which is primarily why I bought them. Excellent value for the price. I have a heavy gauge large ring, but don't need such a heavy gauge for these small ones. I read some reviews that say the plunger doesn't fit, or is rough around the edges. I don't have this problem at all. While the rings are not perfectly round, I don't think anyone would notice in the finished cakes. If you're looking for precise, perfect round, you'll need to increase your budget quite a bit. The heavier duty rings are substantially more expensive and are typically sold individually rather than in sets. For my needs, that would be like ordering a cocktail gown for a kid's birthday party.

These we're perfect for our no bake cranberry cheesecake. They are just what we needed. A little flimsy but that is easy to look past with the price and the quantity of them.

I use these for crumpet rings. They are a good size, seem well made, and were the best deal for the price I saw on amazon. I sprayed them lightly, and the crumpets came out after I turned them with any sticking. I haven't even needed to use the little pushers that came with them, although if I make cakes in them I may need to. I am quite pleased with this purchase.

Good idea but edges are so sharp I cut my hand trying to get the cakes out of the form.

Contrary to some reviews I read, they were not flimsy at all and came in a box inside a bag in perfect condition. You would have to squeeze the sides really hard to bend them. They worked beautifully for Japanese pancakes and I will also try my favourite raw desert cashew cheesecake in them.

I felt that these were a bargain and have a difficult time understanding how others can charge twice as much for the same thing. I made Japanese Souffle pancakes with these and my only problem was getting a spatula under the ring to flip them over. They are really even on the bottom. Excellent.
