This is super vitamin C. Smells like citrus fruit and is easy to swallow.It's also a complete vitamin c. If it's in the orange it's in this vitamin c .It's also a great value from a price point.

The effects are noticeable. There is plenty of literature out there that the botanicals inside this as well, as the vitamin C are beneficial and enhance the latter's effectiveness. Solgar's reputation for quality supplements doesn't hurt either!
