These are great, the first thing that comes to mind is a hostess chocolate glazed mini donut. One of the things I miss about eating those, is indulging in more than 1. This came as a pack of 4, individually wrapped. After eating one, I immediately had the urge to eat a second, before realizing I am done half the box within 2 minutes of delivery. While that could just be a self control issue, and perhaps eating one would do enough to solve the "little dessert after dinner" type of craving, I think these aren't "healthy" enough to really move the needle. Comparatively speaking (gram per gram) these are not far off those familiar hostess equivelants. I did the caluclations, and while they offer more fiber, the other metrics are not too different. These have a little less sugar... but I'd say they're not healthy to eat more than maybe once or twice a week. And if you're limiting yourself to that type of indulgence (1x per week), save a TON of $$$ and just go get a miniature pack of those way cheaper hostess glazed donuts. If this were 35 caloures each, came in a box of 10 for the same price, I'd say sure it's a magical change from the unhealthy alternative, but that just isn't the case. These are just an okay dessert packaged under a "healthy" fiber-filled brand. Alternatively, you could probably do alot better taking a fiber pill and eating regular hostess to achieve a similar result, while saving a ton of money. I'd say these are probably the most unhealthy product this brand offers.

Ok all I saw was a doughnut that was 100 calories so of course I had to get it if your on a life long diet like me your always on the lookout for low calorie goodies these are great tasting but slot smaller than I expected i mean for 200 calories I should of known but it’s a good snack or sweet treat when you get a sweet craving snd not feel guilty after even if you eat all 4 in the box. Thst another thing only 4 inside so it’s like $2 a mini doughnut so I’ll get them in very once in awhile unless they go in a good deal
