I bought the MONSGA MS1 MAX Robot Vacuum on May 22, 2025, and after using it for several days, I’m really happy with my purchase!It has very strong suction power (5000Pa) and easily handles both hard floors and carpets. The Lidar navigation is excellent – it maps out my home accurately and cleans efficiently without missing areas. I also love the 3.5L self-emptying station – it means I don’t have to empty the dustbin for days, which is super convenient.Battery life is impressive – it runs for a long time (up to 180 minutes) and returns to the station on its own. The app control, remote, and voice commands are really easy to use, and make scheduling and controlling the vacuum very simple.After I activated the warranty, I received a very kind message from Rachel at MONSGA’s after-sales team, confirming I’m now a VIP customer. It’s great to know they have dedicated support, and I appreciate the follow-up and personal touch.If you're thinking about getting a robot vacuum, I highly recommend this one. The media could not be loaded. Brilliant device for a busy home that need an affordable daily helping hand. The suction is good (5000), picks up human hair and pet hair very wel leaving carpet very clean but would need to go over it again a 2nd time to fully clean the area. It is a clever robot indeed!! It cleanse close to the corners and around chairs and other objects very well. The mapping is fab but for some reason it merged my hallway to the kitchen which made it complicated to clean the hallway by itself separately. There is options to use like which room, zone or area when using the app for cleaning, I might need to search and figure it out. The mop is very good actually but again need to ask it to redo the area to get rid off sticky stains but thats ok. It took 45 minutes to clean 2 large laminated rooms (kitchen and living room), long carpeted hallway and a small toilet. The battery life very good aswell. Battery life is not bad, it dosnt run out fast like others!! It's very easy to set up. cleaning the duster part was no hassle and to refill with floor detergent was easy too but will need to refill often uf used a lot which will send you a messageon the app to warn you, same with dust bag. It auto emptys the dust and rubish in the dock which is slightly noisy, sounds like a loud hoover for a short minute but It's not at all noisy when cleaning. It needs a dust bag for the dock and will need to change it eventually but ive read that others have been emptying it and reusing it again, Which is handy! The dock itself is a good size, not heavy and can fit anywhere. The watertank in the robot is big enough to do a few rounds of mopping but dose need to be refilled often if used more. It's on sale at the minute and an extra £70 off which is a brilliant offer for how well the device is. The service seems to be great and the customer service are very supportive when needed.

Really pleased with this great machine! Excellent quality and value for money. The vac arrived promptly and was packed well. It was very easy to put together and use-really straightforward no complex instructions . Performance is excellent with adjustable power and mop control. Cleaning is thorough and powerful. I have several dogs and it is excellent and picking up hairs. Docking and recharging very straight forward with simple and complete dust emptying-very clean method . Can't fault this machine so go for it!
