This stuff is magic. I tried a generic brand and it didn't do anything. It took me a while to realize that I am massively dehydrated from long-term medications I'm on. It does what it’s supposed to—rehydrate! Flavor is strong and can be mixed with more water than what’s listed. It’s a good product.

Very flavorful I do have to use two packets. It’s a little pricey so I like to try to get it on sale. Definitely works hydrating
