Great, just don`t like them sticking the bag tab to the bag as it once in a while rips the bag. Also need to make the bag string longer .

Hot flashes goodbye
I integrated it into my daily routine, daily early afternoon I drink a cup… first day my hot flashes at night were not as bad, second night and ever since hot flashes are gone for good. Probably not the greatest taste but not gross or anything like that.

Not recommended for women with a family history of breast cancer.
The product may be great. But it would be very helpful and valuable that it be very clearly made known in information when purchasing that this particular type of tea is not recommended for any woman with a history of breast cancer in their family. I found that out after purchasing. So I passed it on to someone else.
