I use 200 gr rye and 300 gr bread flour for sourdough bread. Enjoy.

Q: Why so expensive... at least ten times more expensive than on google market???

It’s expensive here, it’s $3.59 on their website, but they want $9.99 for regular shipping. So compared to to free shipping here, I think I’ll stick with Amazon. Or try to get it locally. They do tell you local stores that carry it on Bob’s website.

Q: How far out is the “ best by date “ on the recently received packages?

sorry to be late in getting back to you.. on my recent order, the ' best by" date is 02 Jan 2022... so not quite 2 years from date of purchase... hope this helps...…. Thx!!!

That would be very sad. Bob and his family are very down to earth people and I am sure they would be horrified if some one price gouged.
