Quality made and 10 minute easy to pull out of the box and start riding, :)
Scooter came in the mail quickly, set up was easy and manual easy to follow. Tires had plenty of air in them which was a nice surprise, packing was really good to prevent damage during shipping. Scooter appears to be well made strong and weatherproof. I’m 220lbs and was able to reach max speed and worked great going up my incline drive way. I’ve purchased ninebot products in the past for family and it’s the main reason why I purchased from this manufacturer again. Quality made, warranty, parts if you brake something are available, accessoriesand customer service over the years has been great (never had to call them). LOL. Cheers! Yes there are many other scooters on the market, cool looking with shocks and faster, but they are heavily to pick up and toss in your vehicle. I choose this one because I don’t want family who will be riding it to go over 15mph, I’ve seen to many folks take a nose dive hitting the pavement, plus when you rent them in the city areas they don’t go over 15mph, I think it’s a bike class code or something when riding on sidewalks/ bike paths.

Perfect choice for this 1st time e-scooter buyer!
Love this scooter! With so many choices, and me being a 1st time e-scooter buyer, was really concerned about making the wrong choice. Of course, I can't truly compare this to other scooters, but am super happy with how well it was packaged, delivered, and how easy it was to setup and get going. This scooter feels very well built. I appreciated that the little user manual has a table with exactly what care it needs after 3 months, 6 months, etc... (and it's not much!) The top speed for me is under 20 MPH but I sorta gathered that would be the case (I'm up near 200 lbs). Also, 15 to 18 MPH is more than enough for my needs, one of which includes staying out of the emergency room. The lights are all easy to control. The colorful lights that emit from the bottom - I think you have to use the app to turn those on and off. The scooter is hefty to be carrying around, but it does fold super easily. The makes it very convenient to fold when needed.

This scooter is a reliable commuting option.
I did a lot of research towards finding a reliable commuter scooter to get me from point a to b, safely, reliably, and on time to the locations I need to be. This scooter was a resale scooter and came packaged in an almost new box. The packaging of the scooter was done well and secured the scooter inside well. The instruction manual was a little confusing at first because of all of the different languages on the same page. It came charged at 74% and didn’t take that long to change it up to 100%. I believe it took an hour and a half or so. I thought it would be very light for some reason but found out that it’s heavy. Like 41 pounds. It wouldn’t be that fun if I had to carry it a long distance. But the alternative to that is pushing it. The app to get it starting is easy to navigate. If you are connect the find my app to your scooter make sure your iPhone operating system is updated. If it’s an outdated version, it will not connect to the find my app. To change the speed modes press the power button twice. To turn on/off the ambient light press the power button three times. I took the vehicle 3.5 miles in sport mode my first ride. It took less than 15mins. The speed was great too. Down hill I got it to a max of 22 MPH. Pass that it will start to beep. Uphill, and in my neighbor the hill are steep, I did very well at 10 MPH. The brakes level is on the left side. It took some getting use to. I love the the signal light and the break lights for safety. All the light feature are cool. The ride is also smooth. I’m pleased with my first ride. After a few months I’ll give another update.

Would not recommend. Buy a Go Trax
Out of the box this was a great scooter. Rides decent, a little slow on the fastest setting taking off and on hills but ok. We bought for our son and daughters 9, 12, and 12 to go around the neighborhood. Battery life pretty good, not the best for commuting though. So the bad…my son just came home and it malfunctioned. It stopped, at a dead stop, while doing about 15 mph. It flipped him over the handle bar and eat it face first. He is ok but banged up. It has a red wrench flashing and throws an 11 code the most. When plugged in to charge, it beeps and throws tons of numbers around and will not charge. It will not accelerate at all. I reached out to Segway today and got 2 responses. Both stating they would not help with repairs as it is out of its 1 year warranty. They further told me a certified Segway repair center “should” be up sometime in early 2023 and keep a look out for it. We are over the 1 year warranty by a month or two and the second person to respond back to me told me again, that they will not repair it as it is company policy. I even asked if there was anyone near me that could help and zero reply about that. They also told us the codes mean the main brain box has malfunctioned. So if you want to buy this be aware that there is no service repair when something goes wrong. In addition, there is obviously a problem with this scooter which will probably cost me around the same price, or more, then we payed for it. 14 months of ownership and only not used for 5-6 months through the winters. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!! Two of our neighbors have the GoTrax brand. I would highly recommend buying one of them for a couple dollars more. They are sturdier, longer battery life, go longer distances, smoother ride, certified service for issues, and faster (top speed) then the Segway. Segway will never get any of our money again. We are out a lot of money and now buying from a different company, GoTrax.

Pretty great
Pros Pretty great, had this for about 4 months. Runs great, drives fast, and battery lasts about a week or two without charging and goes a long way. Lightweight, I take it up to my third story apartment multiple times a day. Very water resistant, I go through puddles and rain all the time. It's very durable, I put this thing through hell sometimes and it's still chuggin great. Cons But the locking Bluetooth mechanism is not effective. It doesn't lock the wheels it just makes a beeping sound when you move it. You will need a good lock. This is not for off roading, the bell is noisy when you go over bumps because it's attached via spring. The back makes a weird noise when I go over gravel sometimes but it doesn't effect the driving ability. It's not easy to start by design I believe. I have to press down the start twice and hope it starts and if I'm not pushing off to gain speed then sometimes it just won't start. I get scared to cross this 4 lane street sometimes because it's hard for me to see how fast the cars are going. The ride is not very smooth if you have bumps in the road at all. My sidewalk is old and we have little earthquakes so if the sidewalk doesn't meet or I go over a bump you can hear the bell ring loudly because the spring moves on its own. I removed my bell because of how often this kept happening. The wheels have good grip but with the kind of road I drive on I may try to buy some with more track on it. It was hard to assemble too and the directions were a little unclear. The spring that is supposed to give me a smoother ride kind of works but not as much as I was expecting it to. When I get on it. It mostly crumples under my weight but I only weight 115 lbs. Overall if I knew I was going to be using this so much I would have bought something a little better but it's great for this price point. I think it's worth it.

Great choice
Got this for my 10.5 year old- 59 inches tall and 110 pounds. First e-scooter. Was riding it like a pro in no time. Worried it would be too big, but it’s great and adults ride easily too. Only had it running for a couple of days so far.

Very well rounded for the price
Very sturdy and well made, listed mileage is accurate; so no need to worry about if you’ll run out of battery before it says it. No complaints so far

Battery life is poor and mileage is inaccurate.
I purchased the E2 Pro. This is a great scooter and it's lots of fun, but the experience is short lived... It feels sturdy and well built, looks great, the app is great and it rides smooth enough. The problem is that it claims to get you about 16 miles at max speed. It only took me 5 miles on a full charge before it died. Now, there are a good amount of hills where I live, so I expected to get a little less than 16, but only 5 miles is atrocious. ESPECIALLY when I was using max regenerative braking going down hills and letting off the acceleration. This is a serious problem in my opinion because I can't trust the "remaining mileage" it tells me AT ALL... Wish I could give this a better rating and might have gone with a different option if I knew how fast the battery would die. Other notes: I'm 5' 11", athletic and weigh about 190lbs. Maybe if your lighter it could go a hair further.
