So far so good. I will update this review after i have more time with it. I watched a bunch of review videos on youtube on best robot mop and vacuum combos prior to purchasing. I was between this and a couple of others. Initial concerns i had with this were with its navigation system that other reviewers had pointed out. So far it seems to be just fine. If you do an initial mapping and it doesn't pick up an area and you later remove the junk that was blocking it, then it will remap that area next round and pick up in the missed area next time. So this was a plus and placated my concerns with its navigation. Second concern i had is with pet hair tangling. Only time will tell. None of the reviewers i found did an extensive review where they had 2 dogs and a cat in their house like me; most reviewers seemed to just run this some pet hair once and called it good from there so i didnt really buy it; the problem with pet hair in my opinion can only be seen overtime. So i will update the review a couple months later to see how well this does. I upgraded from a roomba j7 and got tired of the pet hair tangling the rollers and always having to maintain it after every other vacuuming; also the roomba j7s side brush would always get tangled. So i will see if over time the side brush on this gets tangled. apparently with the way the side brush was designed on this the hair is supposed to roll downward off the sidebrush and this prevents the hairs from tangling on it; so we shall see. Apparently roller styled robots mop the best, and so far it is far better than my roomba braava jet. Floors havent been this clean for awhile so i am thoroughly satisfied. i have it set to just vacuum and mop at the same time, so we shall see how this does with pet hair on the roller mop brush as well. Only one youtube reviewer did a review on long term maintenance after a couple months of usage, i think his channel is called just a dad. I think this one is the easiest because the mop tray can just come out and lets you just wash it in the sink so that will be a plus to me. He didn't give this robot a pass on his gold standard because of the navigation and obstacle avoidance, but mines is doing just fine. This all said, his review was maybe about a year ago so this robot has probably had some time to get updates since and it shows to me. Overall i am very satisfied for a first impression. Life changing. Mapped our home perfectly. We control from the app. If which is straight forward. Doesnt bump into furniture like last one we had. We have it set to vacume then sweep/mop. Doesnt leave the floor too wet but gets it good enough. We ordered the floor cleaner at the same time we ordered as the cleaner does not come with it. Has long enough battery to do our whole house just over 1800 sq feet. We use it twice a week and always check the clean water supply and dirty tank first. If those arent full and/or too full on the dirty one it will tell you and go back to its station until you take care of that need. It is so good at anticipating thats its almost scary. So far very happy. We does tell ya everything she does - a little chatty but we appreciate knowing as it goes along. We named her Hazel. If you are a baby boomer or gen x you will understand the name. LOL

I’ve had this product for a couple of weeks and so far it’s been an amazing addition to my household. My cats shed everywhere and daily cleanings are exhausting and hard to maintain. Setting up the deebot was more complicated and time consuming than I expected so prepare to set aside time to get everything up and running. Before purchasing the product know that your going to need to purchase cleaning solution that’s compatible with the product. After everything is set up and running things are pretty smooth. Download the app and the app has fun incentives for its users to monitor your device. They provided points for monitoring your accessories so you know when you need to replace and you get redeemable points that you can use to purchase accessories and other products. So far I’m very happy with my purchase. It was expensive but so far I think it was worth the price for a piece of mind. If you have pets that shed heavily then you’ll probably enjoy this product :)

I bought it refurbished... It arrived in great condition... Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the robot to accurately map my home... Mechanically it performed outstanding but the technological side left allot to be desired...

Wow what a game changer for automated floor care! I came from a 10 year old shark robo vac and never throughly cleaned my floors no matter how much it bumped around the walls. I have been keeping an eye out for these type of vacs for a while and noticed a huge improvement in the mopping tech that made me pull the trigger. The amount of bells and whistles this thing has is crazy. I find myself just watching it from the app on my phone while I am at work. Any time it has an issue it gives you videos on how to correct which is super helpful. I have been taking other reviews into account when it comes to keeping it smelling fresh with frequent. Mapping is solid and it seemed to work best when all the rooms were well lit. No issues with tangling hair that I seemed to struggle constantly with the old machine. Build quality is great and the value for the money spent was excellent. If there are any issues will using for an extended period, I will update.

Mop worked great but required constant manual cleaning of the mop roller scraper and the base station. As much as I like the idea of a roller mop the spinning pads are more practical in daily use.

Really impressed with the ECOVACS DEEBOT X9 Pro Omni for a while now and I really like it very much. Suction power is strong and handles dust, crumbs, and pet hair with no problem on both hardwood floors and carpets. The mopping feature works better than I expected, and the auto wash and dry system makes the whole experience truly hands-free. Navigation is smart and smooth, and it does a great job avoiding furniture, cords, and tight spaces. The Omni station is well designed and cuts down on daily maintenance a lot. The app is easy to use, setup was quick, and scheduling is reliable. While it’s definitely a premium-priced robot vacuum, the performance, convenience, and time saved make it feel worth the investment. Overall, it’s a solid upgrade and a great option if you want powerful cleaning with minimal effort.

I doesnt get the corners or the edges well Long hairs get stuck on the roller. Automatic emptying the dust feature doesn't work.

Ótimo robô. Limpa como nenhum outro. Tem quer se atentar que esse robô precisa de configuração, tipo a parte de IA por ex. Precisa de um wi-fi 2.4 sólido. Precisa ter a câmera limpa com umas certa frequência. E precisa usar o líquido da ecovacs para limpeza. O robô e perfeito para meu uso, onde a maior parte da casa e piso frio. De novo... Já tive várias marcas de robô e nenhuma limpa como esse.
