Sadly, I returned this item, the feedback was so loud and shocking it was a deal breaker. There is a noise reduction feature which sounds great, but I am so deaf that when I used that feature there was no discernable volume.

I love the hearing aids, clear sounds but when 30 days hit they will go out.

The seller even checked in to make sure everything was working flawlessly. If hearing were a superpower, these earbuds would be the ultimate cape!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: to help mis presenty hearing in watching tv-good,tho background noise present

This has been a saving grace for my family! Dad is 90 years old and despite his hearing aids (which by the way costs so much money) couldn’t hear us well that we have to constantly yell or speak to his ears. However, with this device, the struggle is over. He now can hear amd enjoys watching tv ! Thank you for this wonderful device that is cheap but works compared to expensive traditional ones!

Voices were distorted no matter which setting. Kept cutting in and out. Also, though not part of the product, I had to 'buy' a box at the UPS store to ship it back. It was complete in the packaging box but, silly me, I didn't keep the shipping box from last month. First time that's happened.

Very misleading. This product claims to be able to shut the bluetooth off. You cannot. There is no airplane mode. You cannot get them through TSA. I even asked the question prior to purchase, and the answer was yes you could turn it off. No, you cannot turn it off. You can switch back and forth from the amplifier to the bluetooth single, but you cannot turn it off. Would love to return, but no longer have the packaging.
