Ancient Art of the Chinese Long Saber

This is an important document in the history of the practice of the Long Saber in China. The book has detailed drawings of the different postures in the practice of this weapon. Although the English explanation of the actions is brief probably related to the original Chinese document, the images give a good description of the posture. This is not a book to study any particular Miao Dao form because it does not have it and it does not show the transitions between movements. In addition the images are not necessary related between them. However as a historical record of the time is a great document. That is the reason which it deserves the five stars.
