This is a very good quality product. The material is stiff but soft, it's smooth and squishy but retains its shape. It's longer and narrower than other nasal dilators. Measurements are accurate. The seller is excellent.

I have an occasional issue with breathing freely, and thought these might help. Spent a little while picking the right size for me. A strange concept, sticking tubes up my nose, but having now mastered installation, they do allow me to breathe more easily, through both nostrils, at the same time. I don’t know how, but once fully and firmly in place, they stay there. They even withstand a serious sneeze. I tend to use them periodically, a few hours at the time. They are surprisingly comfortable, and do not cause any irritation, I have not used them 24x7, or for very long periods, and consequently, unable to comment on their continued use, regarding comfort and effectiveness. They seem to be quite tough, well made, well designed, soft yet firm enough to do their job. Each in its own flip-top box, easy to clean, easy to use. They are quite expensive, but given the help they provide, certainly worth consideration.

There is a twin set of these nostril retainers. I have a lot of trouble with my nose getting bunged up at night, breathing through my mouth which leads to more snoring. I tried these to try to ensure that the nostril space remained open and this does seem to work well for me overnight. They are comfortable in place though when used overnight the insides of my nose did feel a little sore the first few times I used them, though this did seem to subside and I am guiessing is associated with the inside of my nose not being used to being in contact with anything over extended periods. The retainers are well sized and stayed in place well for me.`I do find I sometimes need a break from them but overall I am pleased with them. Overall they do seem a little expebsive but I am not sure whether that is because teh silicon is medical grade.

A well made very comfortable pair of Nasal Retainers. Since I started wearing reading glasses, they change the skin and inside of Nose to be more 'loose'. Without fully open airway, it has made me a mouth breather when I sleep! The Nasal Retainer slides into nose and stays securely until pull out next morning. They are Very effective at keeping nose open throughout the night as the size of airway is sufficient for good airflow. The size is easy to determine by measuring by the guide chart. I used the first night and have used every night as I actually sleep throughout the night without waking several times plus I no longer have Dry mouth, Dry throat. A great value to increase air flow through sinus passages.

think I paid nearly £30 quid for this. It isn't worth anything like that. Its just some silicone, nothing too special. The channels, for want of a better word, are too narrow to let enough airflow through. If you're from america, the Nasal Dilators from Brisson were great, but they're no longer being made/sold here and can't be got in the UK, so I've had to make do with WoodyKnows dilators, which aren't as good, but do the job.

I currently wear a size 8 retainer and wanted a new one, the size 8 of this product is so much smaller than my current one.

Came as a pair in the two sizes that I opted for out of what was available. They are flexible and so go up the nose, but were just not the right shape for my needs, being a bit too narrow and long. So these are not useful to me and made nasal breathing a bit worse, individual experiences of course will vary. Both came supplied in an individual little plastic box and they didn't smell too bad or anything.

Was curious about these as a subtle option for keeping the nostrils open a bit overnight — mainly for comfort and a bit of shaping if possible. First impressions were good: the silicone is soft and flexible, and it doesn’t irritate the skin, even after several hours of use. Definitely a plus for something that’s meant to sit in your nose. The fit was okay, though it really depends on your nostril shape. I used the size 6–7 as recommended, but they don’t always stay put, especially if you move around a lot or accidentally touch your nose. A slight tweak in design to help them grip more gently without sliding out would make a big difference. They’re easy to clean and feel safe to use, no weird smells or discomfort. Just don’t expect a dramatic reshaping effect — it's more of a subtle support tool than a sculptor. If you're hoping to sleep through the night with them in, it might take a bit of trial and error. Overall, not a bad product for the price. They feel well made and are soft enough for repeated use, but the retention could be improved. Fine for short bursts of use, but not totally reliable for overnight wear.

I have a deviated septum and can't breath through my nose without a ton of nasal spray. I thought I'd give these a try for night use and I'm happy I did. They are excellent quality and comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. I would suggest buying one size larger than you think you need. The first set I bought wouldn't stay in my nose because they were too small.

Bought this as an alternative to nose strip stickies, the one that expand your nose to gain more air during stuffy nose (flu). This nostril retainer, performs worse, still very stuffy. Better off with the nose strip stickies. Possibly useful for nose surgery to hold nose shape, but I cannot confirm.
