I have a Guitar Tricks subscription (premium on-line learning) and have had one to one real life lessons. I keep coming back to Justin Guitar. Every significant advance I have made in learning the Guitar has come from Justin. The fact he does his stuff just for free means he's some kind of messiah and an anathema to nihilism. Even if you don't have hands you should probably buy this book.Also for anyone actually reading this. Justin is a sneaky little... What you don't realize when studying his course or books like this is that he has some kind of master plan like a Bond villain to educate you. Everything ties into something else. So you'll be practicing Stevie Ray Vaughn blues lead, next thing you know, for example, is that somehow your barre chords have improved.

Really well set out with plenty of well known songs from Hendrix, ¹SRV, BB King, Clapton, Albert King etc. Looking forward to learning them. Spiral bound for easy page opening & turning. Amp settings too so can get close to original sound if wanted. Scales & arpeggios included & info on the artists.

I am a big fan of Justin's work. The content is spot on. So 5 out of 5 if you buy the book. I ordered the kindle version, which for some reason on this book could not be altered in terms of text size. Even with glasses it was a strain to read on my android tablet. Therefore claimed a refund.

As always with Justin's work this is a well presented, accurate and incredibly enjoyable book. As he mentioned, he has had to choose between needlessly documenting every nuance of each guitar solo or on the other hand missing stuff out. I think he has got it just right.... A really good balance of accuracy versus simplicity.A small point maybe but the large page size, combined with the spiral binding makes the format very usable. Sits perfectly well on a music stand and lays flat...great!!

Like all of Justin's books, fantastic and useful. I can't thank Justin enough for everything he's done for me. I'm a 51 year old who has been playing for 2 years and thanks to Justin really enjoy my new hobby.

Justin generally gets a big thumbs up from me but unfortunately no DVD with the book or accompanying videos on the website or Youtube from what I can see which helps a bit.

Great book for anyone wanting to learn the art of the blues lick. The book has clear and easy to follow tab and expert advice from Justin on how to achieve the correct phrasing for that authentic blues sound.
