Didn’t work. After three hours of charging I tried to turn it on. Nothing happened.There are numerous spelling and grammatical errors in the instructions. Shows a high degree of carelessness. There is a reason these are so cheap. They don’t work.

I enjoyed this product for the 2-3 weeks I had it before it stopped working on me. I liked the variety of different speeds and it was definitely much stronger of a vibration than I anticipated. It was comfortable and helpful to have on the couch for my back. I wasn't even using it every day for no more than 15 minutes and then the battery would die. I'd make sure it was fully charged before starting but within 10-15 minutes it would completely shut off. It states that the run time should be over 45 minutes, so this was a huge disappointment.
