Always a staple in my cabinet. quick and easy carb supplement. Dissolves quickly and well. Odorless. The larger size, I think is the better value.

I've gone through a 2.2lb tub of neutral to make sure it didn't tear me up somehow, and I just reordered it in 4.4lb. I like the neutral because I can mix it with my EAA Max watermelon for intra and it doesn't affect the taste at all. I sometimes will mix a partial scoop in with my coffee or a protein shake. Blends perfectly in anything I've tried so far and hasn't changed the taste of anything. One reason I'm sold on Karbolyn is as others have said, I don't get any bloat or upset stomach, and more importantly I don't get the insulin spike or hardcore crash after a workout. I take a stim pre-workout and I would hit the 230-3pm wall, and hard. I don't notice that anymore. I also have steady energy during an intense workout and notice I recover faster. I've taken EAAs and BCAAs for a while, but I can tell the carbs are delivering the nutrients to my muscles more because as soon as I started taking this, my recovery time decreased. Overall, I'm pretty darn happy with it.

I use a scoop of this with my preworkout concoction. Which is a scoop of Protein Hybrid/1 scoop Karbolyn and 1 scoop Pump surge. On days where I dont have time to eat a meal before the gym. It keeps my strength levels up and fuels my workout. High quality carb supp is definately useful pre or post. Solid product and mixes intp anything fairly well.

It is very good and easily consumable with little texture. It does have good value for money.

Love this stuff! The one downside to this product, which really isn’t a downside is they fill the tub too full so it spills every time I open it! But I’m not mad cause no other companies fill their product tubs that full and give you your money’s worth! I will continue buying this for a long time!
