After using juicer for the first time and blending 5 different fruits, the juice was silky smoothe and amazing, pulp and all. However , disassembling the juicer to clean initially prove challenging, until i got the hang it. Now there's no turning back.

The product is easy to use and the Wife Loves it, it doesn't take up alot of space and one thing is, you will run out of stuff quick because of how fun and easy the process is, you'll want to juice everything that comes your way!

In a world where these things can go up into the hundreds of dollars I find this juicer both affordable and excellent. It juices all fruits and veggies well enough with ease and minimal mess. Also found it easy to assemble and clean once done. My only complaints are the cleaness of the juice and the noise the machine makes - it's as noisy as a blender but it's not a biggie. I only wish the juice came out with less pulp, I often have to strain the juice twice to get a thin flavor. This is a good machine but I've only had it about 3 months now - I'll get back to you in three years!

If I could leave no stars I would. I used this juicer today for the 3rd time and it is not working, the second time I used it got stuck so badly, I had to get help to get it opened. Tonight I decided to try again (I was so scared of trying that I missed the return date), it is not working at all. Constantly sticks, please don’t waste your money on this product, such a disappointment and rip off.

Good Product

After just 3 weeks of use. Average 3 times a week. Part of the grinder cracked. I really love the machine, but I will return it. Not sure if I can trust a budget juicer. But at the same time, paying $500 for a brand-name juicer is not worth it.

I purchased the AMZCHEF Cold Press Juicer in December 2024. Overall, the juicer works well and produces great juice. However, after a few uses, I ran into a mechanical issue where a few parts became stuck, and upon closer inspection, it appeared the rubber seal had warped and fused to the unit. This made the juicer unusable, and I was worried about a complicated warranty process. I contacted AMZCHEF Customer Service to report the problem and request a replacement. I was absolutely thrilled by their response time and ease of service. They responded quickly, were extremely helpful, and immediately agreed to send me a free replacement auger and pressing cup to resolve the issue. Customer service replaced broken blade and accessories, no questions asked. Really enjoying my juicer!
