Pressing the voice assistant button activates Google Assistant on my phone, but then it doesn't use the headset mic! Why?

mine uses the head set mic, is your mic connected correctly? Or could kb not be a settings issue? I would contact customer support.

Multiple riders, when connected to 3 riders cab you open cgat or do you need to toggle between riders

hi, Fodsports M1-S pro could chat 3 riders, up to 8 riders at the same time, when you connect them well, they will chat together.

what connectors are the microphones using?

Headphones/mic all connect via a small weird push-in fitting. Not normal jack.

On a previous answer someone said 'This will connect to 4 devices but not let you talk to them all at the same time', how does it work then?

Fine for a pair but When it comes to multiple connections 4 or more very hit and miss, mostly miss, dropping one to pick up others. Also quality of sound at speed poor. Very much a budget device
