Far better than buying a new shirt!
The best repair material I have found thus far. I tore my favourite shirt on an open drawer and thought it had 'had it'. However, rather than just throw it away I decided to have a go at repairing it first. The Kleiber material is generous in size - 40x12cm - and provides enough for several small repairs. It is very thin so bends and folds with the fabric. I followed the instructions to the letter and the result was a near invisible repair that is strong and unobtrusive. It washes well with no loss of adhesion. So, the result was my favourite shirt was saved and - given that I must have only used 5% of the material - all for about 40p. I will now try it for more challenging repairs; it has my confidence.

Covered a hole nicely
Was quite expensive for what it was and needed a good press with a hot iron to get it to stick firmly. However it has covered a hole on the back of my sofa where the fabric ripped. It's done exactly what I bought it for but I'm not 100% confident it will still be fully stuck if I ever have to wash the cover.

Not good for fine fabric.
I bought this for a fine, linen shirt. I thought maybe it would soften up, but it hasn’t. It’s ok for a thicker polyester cotton or even cotton, but not for something softer and a more sheer linen.

Reasonable amount, reasonably easy to use
I was looking for a fabric that was sufficiently thin and smooth - most of the patches I could buy locally were either denim ones, or not the colour I needed. The aim was to cover a logo on my daughter's favourite PE track suit bottoms. The fabric was just what I needed - a synthetic thin thread smooth finish, the patch is quite big so could have fixed 5 pairs of trousers with that. In terms of application, first put the iron on the 2 dots in order to be careful and held for 35 seconds and nothing happened, the glue did not melt even remotely. Could be caused by the fact that I surrounded the patched area with other cloths to make sure I do not melt the trousers. So abandoned caution used highest heat setting on the iron and the patch attached easily. Did iron it a bit longer after the recommended time for a good measure. Very happy with the result.
