I bought this about a month ago and have been loving it. I've also purchased some of your other products and they are performing well/no issues. The product is 'crusting' up so bad that after a few uses every time I take the cap off, the plastic piece that is supposed to stay in the bottle started coming out with the cap. So, I just decided to throw that plastic piece out. And, now it is continuing to crust up so much that I can barely get the cap on & off. My bottle is still about 80% full. This was an expensive item and I'd hate to not be able to use it anymore because the cap becomes impossible to remove. Can you please help?

I shouldn't need the strength of Hercules to open the bottle. After trying for 2 days, I am returning the product and expect a full refund. Whilst I can appreciate the safety measures, this is ridiculous. Poor design of the lid. You charge a lot for tiny bottle, you should invest some of that into a lid your customers (former) can remove.
