Q: If using this to make a latte how much would you put in the milk before frothing? I saw a recipe that said a tblspn and others commented it's strong.

I have found that 1 capful = 1 pump in a recipe. Starbucks is Grande 4 pumps, Venti is 6 pumps. If those are to sweet for you, scale down your homemade version. Enjoy!

Q: Is it as good as the starbucks sf vanilla syrup?

I feel taste is a matter of ones own personal taste. I and a friend feel it IS as good or better. My husband says its ok...I'm a return customer , and will continue to use it, and usually find it less ..This company has been around for a while & they make pretty good products. The other one I like is the sugar free carmel

Q: Why is this product not eligible to return? I don't like mine?

I don't know, but wish I could return mine too. It has a bitter/under-taste to it. Outweighs any vanilla you get from it. It's awful!
