Acemagic Mini PC is a beauty! In the beginning I had some reservation about these mini PC’s since they are so small and thermal dissipation might be a problem. In November 2024, I bought an Acemagic Model AD08 i7 Mini PC with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. I was completely won by it. It runs very quietly, occupies a tiny space, with all kinds of ports for connecting to internet, monitors, keyboards, mice and other devices. It can handle all my scientific computing programs. Internet browsing is very fast. I was very satisfied, so much so that I bought another similar Acemagic Model K1 Mini PC with a Ryzen 7 CPU. The Acemagic technical support is superb! When I had some problem with my first Acemagic, I contacted them, and within 24 hours they replied to me, within 7 days they replaced my old i7 Acemagic with a new Model S3A Ryzen 7 Mini PC, which has even a Display Port. Both the AD08 and S3A have a magnet secured side panel which can be easily pulled open to install additional RAM and SSD. It is very nice that Acemagic has installed Windows 11 Pro on both, while other vendors “recommend installing a fresh copy of Windows 11 Pro or Home.” One final observation is that these mini PC’s are not for gaming as they lack a powerful GPU.

I bought the Ace Magic S3A Mini PC for my son, mainly for school and games like Roblox and Minecraft. It’s been great from day one. The setup was super simple — it already had Windows installed, so we just plugged it in and he was playing within minutes. It’s fast enough for everything he does, from homework and video calls to gaming with friends. No lag or freezing, which was a big concern for me. The lighting gives it a fun look, and he loves how small it is — doesn’t clutter his desk at all. What I really appreciated was the customer service. I reached out on WhatsApp with a quick question, and they replied right away. They even followed up later to make sure everything was running fine. That kind of service really stood out to me. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s reliable, affordable, and perfect for kids or anyone who wants a solid, no-hassle computer.

After installing bitdefender on this newly brought mini pc. (Which looks like a good deal) It showed to be infected with Redline MALWARE.(Acemagic actually acknowledged this issue and can be looked up on Google) after removing it the new PC failed to boot out of BIOS

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was looking for a compact and affordable PC that could handle light gaming and multitasking, and this one stood out for the specs and the design. What really sold me were the RGB lights — they looked so cool in the product photos and honestly look even better in person. It gives the setup a fun, modern vibe that I talked about a lot in my unboxing video. For the price, it just felt like the best value compared to other mini PCs with similar specs. Gaming capability: I’ve tried a few games on it so far (like Fortnite and Valorant), and it runs them pretty smoothly on medium settings. I like that it has adjustable performance modes — Performance Mode gives it a noticeable boost while still keeping temps in check. It’s obviously not a full gaming rig, but for a mini PC, it definitely holds its own for casual gaming. Performance: Performance has been solid across the board. It boots up fast, handles multitasking without any lag, and the sound quality surprised me — it’s actually really clear. I use it for light gaming, browsing, and media, and it handles everything effortlessly. I also love how quiet it stays, especially in Silent Mode. For daily use and light creative or gaming tasks, it works great. And again — those lights around the case just make the whole thing feel more high-end.

The PC is great for gaming and every day use. My 13 year old has loved using this PC since we purchased in June. Aside from the product the customer service group for the PC is great. They respond quickly and efficiently with any questions about the product and ensure customer satisfaction during and after the purchase.

I've had this for over a year now, and has been my favorite computer so far. Though its not available anymore, was hoping get another one for my daughter.

I'm a retired IT Security Manager and I've had this computer since September16th and already the RGB lights have failed on it so I guess I am stuck with it now. I have tried every recommendation I could find on Google to resolve the problem but nothing helps to restore them back to normal. You can forget about contacting ACEMAGIC as they don't seem to respond to inquires. Cheaply built and unreliable unless I got a defective one. The fact that there is absolutely no support for these units is enough to steer me clear of ever buying one again. You might want to do consider doing the same.

I was looking for a compact computer that wouldn’t take up much space but could still handle serious tasks. This mini PC Even though it’s small in size, it works like a full size desktop. The AMD Ryzen 7 5875U processor is fast and smooth. With 8 cores and 16 threads, it runs everything I throw at it without lag. I use it for work during the day and gaming in the evening, and it handles both perfectly. The multi mode feature is very useful. I mostly use the auto mode for everyday work like browsing, video calls and light editing. When I play games, I switch to performance mode, and everything feels quick and responsive. The silent mode is also great when I need it to be extra quiet. Even at high load, the fan noise stays very low, and the cooling system works well to keep the PC from overheating. The 16GB dual channel RAM and 512GB NVMe SSD make a big difference. Apps open instantly and files transfer fast. I also like that it has room for an extra SSD. The WiFi 6 connection is strong and stable, and Bluetooth works perfectly with my wireless mouse and headset.
