Fantastic for Footwork and speed.
I’m a experienced amateur boxer and I’m enjoying this reflex ball, I use this and a head reflex ball at home and my sharpness has definitely improved.You could say this ball is slow but you can use it well for footwork, spinning off opponents, stepping in with double jab rights etc. Speed equals power they say so if you focus on fast combos moving forward and spinning 180 degrees or again fast combos moving in both directions 360 degrees.I’d recommend this to any level fighter for a sharp fast move around if you can’t get to the gym.Great fun For what it costs!

Not Quite as Advertised
Easy to assemble but slight difference from pictures advertised. It’s an unbranded product as well not Maxstrength.I think it’s ideal for my height 5ft7 or 1.75m tall but depends how you prefer punching. Hope it lasts.

For a whole body workout
Happy with this product,It is not for heavy hitting, it is for reflex training ,It is excellent for cardio and accuracy and footwork,If you are not a footwork kind of person then this may not be for you as too flexible,However....it is great to move around it with footwork and treat it as a target on opponent so you can chase the target,For a whole body workout it is great,A good buy for people that like to put creativity in there training

POOR QUALITY
This reflex/speed bag is very poorly designed. First, the chrome spring connecting the metal rod and the base is lacking resistance. What I mean is- it is too swingy, even when little force is applied on to the speed bag. Following onto that, this equipment is dangerous to use. Into first 5 minutes of using this equipment and putting the speed bad into cicrling motion, the chrome spring that is supposed to be attached to the base simply came of. The picture explains everything. So, this bag does not fit the descirption at all. It lacks STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE, and is FAR FROM VALUE FOR MONEY.

Unbelievable filled with water put in garage my son thought it was great 2 days later water everywhere hardly any water in the base Had lots of things stored in boxes in garage now ruined not happy at all Don’t buy
