Are the nipples more soft than firm ?

To me they are firm. Not to soft

It always jumps out of the baby's mouth, although he desperately wants it. What can I do?

I have my daughter's own on a clip so it doesn't drop on the floor. Sometimes we hold it with our finger in the center. She's pretty good at holding it on her own though. I have friends who usually hold it until the baby gets the hang of it if it keeps popping out.

産院で使っていたので購入。 2個セットなのでどっちかを除菌中もローテーションで使えるので便利。家の中では良いけどおでかけのときにケースがないのと、落ちない様につける紐を付けれる所（穴）がないのが欠点かな。小さい穴はあるので細い紐ならつけられそう。
