one item even came nib which was unexpected. the other item,however, needed to be packed a little better. it was loose in the envelope and leaked a little but as a whole i am very happy with my purchase. i would definitely buy from this seller again.

I received it and used it. My skin feels amazing, but I'm hoping it will continue to work this well. It does not lather well with a wash cloth, but with a "sponge", just a little will do ya! I hope it has been worth the shipping issues I have had with this product, this one was almost lost through the packing envelope as it was partially opened. (The first shipment did not reach me, but the empty envelope did.)

I absolutely love this face wash! It foams up really fast and you don't need to use a lot. It's one of the very few I have found that don't make me break out or dry out. I'm on my second bottle and I will continue to buy it. Update... A bottle I just ordered is missing almost half of the product. I might start using a different face wash, I don't need to be scammed.

Last year, Bliss spa products went through an entire rebranding, eliminating virtually all of their original product line and then started marketing to a much younger demographic— teens to 25 year olds, maximum. Everything is food and fruit scented and just plain bad. I was a bliss customer for 15 years and I’ve been to the NYC spa several times. I always loved the “fabulous face wash” and I hoped and prayed they didn’t change it too much from the original... but they did. If you were a fan of the original, I hope you are reading this. Don’t be fooled into buying this!! The color, texture, scent, effectiveness, and sensation are completely different. It has little rough sand-like grains in it now that are very abrasive and do not agree with my skin at all. My skin is RED when I rinse and pat dry. That never happened in 15 years with the previous formula. It’s extremely disappointing that bliss has chosen to abandon their older consumers who used to spend a lot of money on their top notch spa quality products. I predict this company will not be around much longer.
