イタリアの小麦粉をなかなか見かけることがなかったので、興味本位でパン作り用に買ってみました。 食パンやバゲットにも使いましたが、なんといっても、ベーコンエピは絶品でした。 ピザにはもちろんですが、惣菜系のパンによく合いそうな淡白でかつやさしい小麦の味わいのある良質な粉でした。 粒子がとても細かいため、加水率に注意しつつ活用するといいと思います。

賞味期限が短いので、一袋づつ買うのが正解。 4月25日購入で賞味期限が6月24日までなので2ヶ月ほど。 美味しいけどもう少し期限が長いと使いやすいです

普通に変える小麦粉と比べると3倍くらいの値段ですが、これでしか出せない味があるんです。 特にピッツァ用としてなら抜群。 伸びがいいから成型しやすいですし、焼いた時の耳が信じられないくらいおいしい。 使う価値ありです。

Lots of really great flours out, and this is one of the best. It is one of my favorite tasting flours we use for pizza and baguettes. Pizza and bread makers know when I say, the final, raw product is usually happy. Continue making your great product. . . Those of us out there appreciate quality. Highly recommend.

Great baking flour that makes the best pie crust, cakes, and cookies. Very easy to use. I just love the quality…. Reminds me of White Lilly, that I can’t buy here in Belgium, so I use this Italian brand instead…

Idéal pizza de type poulish! Permet de réaliser des pizzas légères et goûteuses ! Certes ca reste cher au kilos, mais ont est sur la rolls de la farine à pizza. Je recommande !
