Q: i have a dell motherboard with one single connector port for power button and lights. Does this case have that or are they all separate connectors?

I recently bought this case, They are all separate.

Q: I notice a red led light below on the right side of my power buttonis light up what does this mean?

From what I’ve seen, that’s just to indicate where your restart button is. I’ve never had problems with the red button so I wouldn’t worry about it.

Q: Does this case support a 360mm radiator and 3 120mm fans in front in addition to the 2 200mm fans? Or do the 200mm fans have to be removed?

if you mount 120mm x 3 fans in front, then you can only put up 240mm radiator on the top. Radiator Support Top: 240mm / Front: 360mm、280mm / Rear: 140mm、120mm Fan Support Top: 2 x 120mm、2 x 140mm / Front: 3 x 120mm 、2 x 140mm、2 x 200mm / Rear: 1 x 120mm , 1 x 140mm

Q: How to remove the front panel just in case my fans are broken?

you can pop out the front panel by pulling the bottom of the panel. There is a gap for you to do so.
