A new car should smell good, however the AC in the car I got smelled like it was connected directly to a sewer line. Every time I turned the AC on I would have to roll down the windows so as not to pass out from the horrible odors produced by the AC. After using the InterDynamics vent and duct cleaner there was about an 85% reduction in the odors but there was still a lingering hint of odor. I might have to use more of this to eradicate whatever it is in the AC in my new car that produces undesirable odors.

Item received as advertised. Use YouTube videos for guidance in addition to the instructions on the can. Worked as expected. Second can to be used in a month from purchase.

Works pretty well, I had deep cleaned to get the previous owners dog smell out of my truck, and the last little bit of smell came through the ac on cold start. This got all of that smell out of the AC. It came back after a while but has slowly faded to nothing again, so call it a win.
