I have a sick kitty, and I'm doing syringe feedings, so I'm going for super-nutritious and healthy food. This is a great addition to canned pate cat food to thin it out for the syringe. My cat only weighs 10 lbs, so she needs less than 1/8 cup of this bone broth per day. Since this is an expensive product, and since it only keeps for a week in the frig after opening, I am freezing daily amounts in a silicone ice cube tray. I fill every cube section almost to full with just one box of this bone broth, and I have 21 daily servings for my kitty. So convenient, and I am providing great nutrition for my cat.

My pup loves this, and I’m really happy it’s grass-fed. It’s easy to use: I just cut open a small section of the package and pop it back in the fridge for the next day. It’s also perfect to mix with water to encourage him to drink more when he has a UTI, since extra hydration helps flush his system.

Only left off a star because I found for me, the price for the quantity was too expensive. I decided to make unsalted chicken broth at home for my dog.

My cat likes it and sopped it up when I poured it over his food and heated it up for 12 seconds. Since he's been losing weight and all the blood tests came back negative, I thought this would be a good way to increase his appetite. However, I must have just been in denial about the price when I purchased it the first time because it is EXPENSIVE. And once you open it, you have to use it within 7 days (it starts smelling rancid right around then too and I had to throw the last part of it out). I will be looking for a less expensive alternative. Shame, since I would have ordered this either in bulk or on a regular schedule!

My elderly cat (20 years) absolutely loves the taste of this bone broth. He's difficult to please and eats his organic food in small amounts due to health issues, so I'm happy to see him so eager to eat his food with bone broth mixed in. Our younger cat (almost 2 years old) also loves the broth and we have to keep her from drinking the older cat's broth. It has to be refrigerated after opening, but keep it in a glass jar, and take the chill off by pouring desired amount into a glass, sitting in a bowl of hot water for about a minute.

I have no idea how this product got so many good review, and I wish I could return it. My dog who always eats simply refused to eat any dog food with this product on it. A waste of money.

My 8 year-old cat has just had a cystotomy to remove the bladder stones a few days ago. He doesn’t drink enough water and that was contributing to form the stones. After the surgery, I wanted to keep him hydrated so I researched and found this on Amazon. Since it only stays fresh for a week or so, as soon as I opened the carton I poured all of it to the ice cube trays and put them in the freezer. My cat seems to like it. I also mix it with the prescription wet food to increase the fluid level and he ate it well too! He’s not very thrilled about the prescription food but this makes it more tasty!

Received only 1 carton instead of 6 as advertised. My cat would not drink this for some reason and I had to dispose of it.
