This product helps me sleep because of the L-Arginine and L-Citrulline, which dilates blood vessels. The Vitamin D and Vitamin C are concentrated, which makes for great immune system booster when you are sick! Avoid getting water or high humidity conditions. The caking of the powder gets bad, but keep the silica package in throughout life of product.
