Should Be Tasty Even Without Expiration Date
I've noticed that there's been concern over the fact that these mayo packets come without expiration dates, but I've bought these several times since 2020 and haven't once had them go bad on me--And it's not like I use them all at once, either. I think that as long as each packet remains sealed, the mayo stays fresh, even if they aren't kept refrigerated, though it would be best to keep them away from heat. In fact, the only reason I keep mine in the fridge is because I like my mayo cold when I use it.
