New Genuine 65 Watt 19.5V 3.34A AC Adapter PA-12 Family Slim 928G4 LA65NS2-01 0928G4

I ordered what was supposed to be a Dell New Genuine 65 Watt 19.5V 3.34A AC Adapter PA-12 Family Slim 928G4 LA65NS2-01 0928G4 power adapter/charger. Well, that was not what arrived. Twice. Even though the packaging label states it's that particular power supply, it is actually a HA65NS5-00 0G6J41 power supply that is probably for a Dell Vostro, not my Dell 17R N7110. When the first wrong one arrived, I had a chat with Dell Customer Support. They assured me someone would look at the actual charger labeling before shipping a replacement. I received a twin to the first one I received so back it goes. The 0928G4 charger has a 7.4mm outside diameter, 5.0mm inside diameter plug. The one that's shipped has a 4.7mm outside diameter plug and it's not compatible. Do beware of what you order, that the image shows the correct charger.I gave the seller three stars for offering this for sale, but it would seem they need to do some inventory checks and adjustments moving forward.

Beware. The part page describes this as a 0928G4 AC adapter which is what I wanted, but the received package contains a 0MGJN9 AC adapter which has a different size connector and does not fit the laptop.

This charger works perfectly. I have had it for several months before I wrote this. No problems. It’s the real Dell charger. Not a knockoff.

I wish my wife would quit breaking these, but they work perfect and I will keep buying them.

After 6 years, my old charger finally died, and I ordered this new charger. It was delivered quickly and works as advertised.

Cord received had a cylindrical end about an 1/8th inch or 3 mm in width when measured through the transparent side of package. The cable it was to replace has a cylindrical end width of about 5/16th inch or 8 mm.

It worked perfect. I was ready to throw away my laptop. Good thing I didn't.
