Amazing 3D Printer!
Amazing Printer! This Is My First 3D Printer, And It Is A Very Good Starter One. It Is Very Easy To Set Up, And Is Very Fun Unboxing! It Comes With Some Extra Things Like A USB Drive, An SD Card, A Filament Snips, An Extra Tip, Some Filament, And Extra Tools. It Does Very Well At Printing For The Price Of Only $200. It Has A Very Large Printing Size, And Prints Pretty Clean. It Is Also Pretty Fast At Printing. It Heats Up Fast, And Doesn't Take Long To Start Printing. It Has A Nice Design, And Is Very Easy To Operate. When Assembling, Make Sure To Plug The Right Wires In At The Right Spots. Its Very Easy, But It Shows Were In The Instructions. The Thing That Got Me For A Second Is The Voltage Selection On The Back. It Came Set At 235V From The Factory, But I Had To Just Slide It From 235V to 115V. Its A Red Switch Inset Into The Back. Just Use A Mini Screwdriver Or Allen Wrench. Sorry, I Would Have Uploaded Some Photos And A Video, But My Camera Was Currently In The Process Of Taking A Time-Lapse Video Of A 6 Hour Print, LOL.

Not easy to use, and terrible customer support.
It was easy to put together. Took about 30 minutes. That was about the only thing that worked great. I have yet to make a successful print. I tried the design that comes preloaded and that did not print successfully. Customer service was a joke. One person helping multiple people at the same time. Was on for over 2 hours without a resolution. I am returning it. Was super excited to get it, and extremely disappointed that it does not print successfully. I could not add the printer to the program on the computer. I never did get an answer about it connecting via wifi. Had to use the sd card. I was hoping for better customer service, as I did not want to have to take the whole thing apart to return it. I am taking it apart. This is not easy to use.

Great beginner machine
Being a newb, this product is so user friendly and very forgiving. Great value for new folks wanting to learn. It is sturdy and the auto leveling I know has saved us so much trauma. We have had great prints from this machine as we learn to create.

Printer is great for beginners
The auto level works great prints have good quality easy to use ,but you have to use the sd card to print. Over all its great for its price point and works well for people just getting into 3d printing.

Amazed at this printer
I was amazed at how well this printer worked. I’m not gonna lie, I was a little skeptical about the price but it actually is awesome! The print quality is amazing once you get the setting dialed in and the options to customize the settings are so helpful. Also some people say you should you like glue or other stuff for bed adhesion but I found it best to just run it like it comes and it works great! You can’t go wrong with this printer.

DOA. Ai Agent Tech Support. Instructions in Chinese.
Major Update: 1 star to 4 stars. Though I found the tech support from the main Creality website very unresponsive and confusing, the Creality support via Amazon portal was very helpful and on top of things. The agent described two main board revisions currently in circulation. Which is why some Sonic Pad combos work great and others are a nightmare. I already had a replacement printer and sonic pad sent out via Amazon. The agent apologized for the inconvenience and offered to send a new board if my replacement printer had the same problems. So for those pulling out your hair, there is a reasonable fix. There is a C13 and C14 board out there. The C13 works fine and as advertised. I learned a lot in the process. Though intensely frustrating, in the end Creality stepped up with a great remedy to my woes. It’s just a matter of asking the right questions in the right place. I’ll update the review again after I get the new printer. ======= Original review: So far 1 star. I’ve only had it for 1 week. I bought during Black Friday promo. I might revise to 2 stars mainly because Creality support let me file for a warranty replacement. I think. Have not received it yet. Is not plug and play even though everything is Creality. Support number is an international call. When you download firmware files, instructions are in Chinese. I used AI to translate. I had to jump through all sorts of hoops to prove it was defective out of the box. Tech support is an AI agent. After that you get placed in queue for another chat agent who just gives links to support articles. Warranty AI agent asked for a video of my troubleshooting. I replied that would take days. I did provide pictures of all the error codes I had. As an engineer, I also created a log of everything I had tried to get it working short of opening the case and resoldering the circuit board myself. SD card had file errors requiring a format. SD card reader is dead. Bootloader is dead. LCD screen shows main plate is not level. Will not acknowledge any firmware files. MCU faulty. Sonic Pad cannot connect. Does not come with a legit USB C cable. It’s micro usb with a cheap adapter. Amazon is sending a replacement Sonic Pad. Very frustrating for my 1st 3D printer. I’ll revise if I ever get a replacement. Agent said a ticket had been created and another agent would email me for next steps. So far no email. I’m thinking they might send me a replacement motherboard I have to install myself instead of a whole new printer. We will see. update: Contacted Creality support to followup on warranty replacement ticket #. Agent did not have access to that ticket #. Created another ticket with Amazon order #, order date and reasons for warranty replacement. Agent said an email with further instructions would be sent. So far no email instructions have been received for either tickets. I'm pretty sure tech support agent is completely AI, based on responses exactly the same as previous chat. Ordered replacement from Amazon because it would be much faster than waiting on Creality. Update: I bought the Sonic Pad and printer as a Creality bundle. I received an email from Creality that these two items are incompatible and would not work. I replied, so you were selling a bundle that would not work? Makes no sense.

Works alright
Works pretty good. I guess there’s a way to connect it to the computer but I haven’t figured out how yet. I’ve had to download everything and add it to a SD card and manually unplug it and move it to the printer. It’s not terrible but it’s inconvenient. When I went to print the objects were really small so I upscaled them quite a bit and it takes quite a while. I printed some of those flexible snakes and I upscaled it to a little over 2 feet and it took 6.5 hours to print. Also there was allot of build up from the gears working and I blew it off and it landed on the pad and then I wiped it off with my hand (don’t do this) and it caused the entire pad to get coated with oils so now the filament won’t stick to the pad. From what I’ve read it can be cleaned off. Also you can only print off their website and I cannot figure out how to make my own designs but I can print other peoples things (some are free but some you have to pay for) and you’re very limited on the things that they have

Durability lacking but easy to use
Set up was easy, program is easy. Love the fact the printer auto levels and print ready out of the box. Only downside, delivery on 1/9/25 and at the time of this review 1/12/25 the bed y axis is extremely noisy after only 5 prints totaling maybe 12 hrs of prints. Already looking at new parts.
