Failed before the first set of batteries!
I bought a model DY5103A same brand. It worked well at first but failed in short order (the insulation function). Initial accuracy was good . I liked the 5KV function and the dvm function but oddly the phase rotation input is limited to 450vac but 3 phase in US and Canada is often as high as 575vac.
