Great stand for the monitor. Easy to assemble, many settings and various mounting methods. My monitor Acer Nitro VG271 Pbmiipx 27 "(15 pounds) mounts perfectly. Many mistakenly write that the mount is not reliable, it falls under the weight of the monitor. This is not true, the stand holds 15 pounds well. All problems are due to improper adjustment. Read the instructions and follow the rules, everything will be fine.

I would rate a bit higher but the hydraulic arm won't stay put if you angle the screen to tilt it up a little - it slowly goes back down flat. And that's the screw they give you specific instructions to not turn a certain way which I followed. But it stays put height-wise and looks like it'll last a long time.

Great, solid mount for the money. So much so bought another one when i added another monitor.

The media could not be loaded. I just want to install this monitor arm for my 28 " LED monitor. I bought many monitor arms within a year, with this time it does exactly what I wanted. I am surprised that mechanical arm can directly adjust angle and height without any tool, It can work by itself. It also arrived very fast, easy to install, I like the design also the silver color! Very cool. Overall I am very satisfied with this product and do not regret spending the money on it, this is a solidly built monitor arm! Honestly, I would like to rate this product!!!

Junk. Unable to keep a 15lb monitor help in position.

This is the 2nd monitor desk mount stand I bought from this manufacturer. The first was a dual arm desk mount to hold up to 32" 4K monitors side by side. This one is to hold up a 34" UHD ultrawide monitor at another station (Acer XR342CK). Although it states 17"-32" monitors, it works well for this one, and was easy to install. The instructions are picture based, but easy to go through. It clamps to the desk tight, and comes with all the tools you need. The compression also works well enough to move the monitor almost in any position and keep it there. If I need another desk mount, or need to recommend one, this is the brand I'll go with.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great product, through and through. It was sturdy enough to hold my iMac while attached to my desk. It is sturdy, but moves where you need it to go. There was little assembly required. I was able to put it to use quickly after receiving it in the mail. If you are looking for an economical solution to mounting your monitor without compromising quality, then this is the right buy for you. I have had issues with stability in the past because my monitor is so big, but this mount was perfect for the job. I never worry about my computer falling and being damaged now.

i bought 2 of these for my gaming monitor and my secondary monitor. the secondary monitor (a standard 27" 1080p 60hz) is just fine, a little light on the rotation but ok non the less. my main gaming monitor (an alienware aw3418dw 3440x1440p ultra wide is wear i have the issues with. i took all the time to look up the tech specs for my monitor to find the panel weight with no stand and shopped specifically for an arm that would support the weight.(16.5lbs) it is just about a full pound under the max weight supported by the arm but even so it will not hold it at full height. i raise it up and as soon as i let it go it sinks down about 2.5". i am a mechanic by trade and ive tightened the retention bolts so much i am concerned i may be damaging it by going any further. couple that with the rotation issue i mentioned with a normal monitor and amplify it due to the length and add in a monitor with no hard bezels and your gunna have a bad time.all in all its not a terrible investment, its just a little disappointing when you fall under all the specs but its not quite enough. and if you have ANY wobble in your desk the arm just multiplys it in the monitor so keep that in mind.
