My foot pain was starting to get bad. Really bad. Like, can't stand in the kitchen for more than an hour or so bad. These changed that immediately. I do still get the foot pain, but it take sup to three times as long to set in as it used to. The soles do take some time to get used to, but the relief is so powerful that you'll get used to them pretty quick. They easily slid into my shoes and were the perfect size. I'd recommend these soles to anyone who struggles with plantar fasciitis.

I tought I would try these because of the price compared to the other ones I purchased. These do not have a rigid arch support compared to some others and not sure how beneficial they would be. Didn't even try them and decided to go with the ones I have now
