As an absolute rock bottom beginner this pen has been pretty good. I obviously don't have anything to compare it to but overall it seems like great quality and works very well. With a few tutorials and some decent practice I have been able to really improve my skill in a short amount of time. See pictures of my review. Before this i have zero tattooing experience. I don't even draw. In 3 days of consistent practice I was able to make a halfway decent tattoo on fake skin. Do yourself a favor though and get some decent 3mm silicone practice sheets. The unit itself is very easy to figure out and the quality is great. I love it. Kit literally comes with everything you need to tattoo as soon as you get it other than tattoo transfer gel. Just buy some speedstick deodorant and you are good to go.
