I am disappointed. I received this product without its original box. It was placed in a generic brown box, wrapped in brown paper. It appears to be second hand. I will be seeking a refund for the item.

This is the best Transformer figure for a small child. It is very easy to use, the "chunky" appearance is adorable and it rolls very smoothly when in vehicle mode. My 2yo nephew loved it!

Product was in good standing order. My two and half year old was able to transform him easily. He has had it for a couple of weeks now and it's still in good shape.
