The cameras work well for 8 days then stopped working. home base states that it is busy ( doing what? its only job is to provide security footage and memory storage). The home base is advertised as having a 16GB expandable storage, yet no further information is provided on how to expand the storage. Eufy has failed to reply to my query on this ( I suspect that they will try to upsell me a paid subscription to a cloud server) I purchased this unit for $803.00 one week later it was advertised for $349.00 on the Eufy website. Eufy customer support is customer support only by name, its just two words that mean nothing, don't expect anything from Eufy in the way of customer support. I think that I need a full refund, what do you think?

Very easy to install and set up. Seems to be working well after 4 weeks of use. Solar panels are keeping the batteries at 100%. Also love the local storage and not requiring any subscription. Notifications are being sent to both my phone and my wife’s phone when motion is detected. The app made it simple to define the detection zone as well as setting up different home positions as the cameras can pan.

We put these two cameras outside because of our long driveway. We didn’t know when someone was come up or not. Also, we live out in the country, it helps seeing porcupines, raccoons and stray animals. It also gives me alerts when my kitty is at the door to come in. It also has an alarm if you need it and sound to talk to someone outside when you are in the house or out running errands. Great product.

Solid cameras and good value for the money. The solar charging is great and easy to monitor and keep track of. Only knock is the eufy all sends constant notifications. IE. if my husband takes the dog out back I might get 15 notifications while the are back there for 5 minutes.

These cameras are great. Easy to install and and to link to the base and set up. The notifications and playback is really good. Once the free app is downloaded everything else is done with ease. These cameras are soo good I will be getting 2 more. I love them and no wiring needed just a drill and wifi.
