I have been taking lisinopril for blood pressure, but it causes sever coughing and doesn't work very well. I recently added atenolol but even then combination is iffy. I tried a few supplements but this one is really amazing. Of course, you have to see how many work for you. I take 4 tablets every 12 hours with2 beet extract capsules and I'm in the 130s or 140s over 70s with no prescription BP meds! A miracle!

I'm am very skeptical of things like this. I took a chance based on the reviews. It lowered by BP.

They did lower blood pressure. But I did develop a stuffy nose.

Great stuff, works as described, however it did not have a permanent effect, though the numbers were much reduced after taking it for a year, to normal levels, then they came back up by half after being off of it for a few months. So I'm taking it again. It also seems to help with insomnia. I was impressed to get the product in only 12 days from this seller.

This is my second time purchasing. It really does work. I take one pill at night before bed and 3 in morning, my BP runs about 115/65ish consistently. I am a happy camper! I have had no negative side effects after a year of using them.

When I 1st started taking these tablets as directed my blood pressure dropped significantly. After a couple weeks it started going back up again. I also noticed that the longer I was on these I was experiencing worsening nasal congestion even though I was taking them with milk as directed.
