Great sound. Really comfortable too.

Needed a new pair of headphones after my old ones gave up. So far these have exceeded my expections and have become my daily drivers. Sound quality is great and so is battery life couple with the option to use them as reqular headphones is a definate plus.

Not at all robust - scratches very easily. Sound quality not that great given the price. Very disappointing.

Even though this headphone has a very good connectivity, built quality, and some other amazing stuffs the audio quality (main purpose) of this headphone disappointed me to the bottom😔😔😔

Save time and money. Buy cheaper headphones like Anker Q20. For these Sennheiser's, the noise cancellation is not great, and when I connect to my computer there are actually two ways to do it (two sound devices come up when connected via bluetooth). One is incredibly noisy. Like being on a plane. The other is ok, but it's annoying to have to select the "right" one all the time. Also, they are really tight and really uncomfortable. I must say, I'm super disappointed with these. I have Anker Q20's and they are better. For 1/4 the price. Also, too many buttons, and they aren't marked well, and they are tiny. Really. Really disappointing. Oh. they are too tight, and the analog wire (which you'll need cause pairing this thing is not straightforward) is a joke. It's not a double 3.5mm male. One end is 2.5mm. Don't lose that cable! Seriously. Big Name. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

Ordered one pair for my husband and they were great for around 6 months then the bluetooth connection started playing up so there was no sound,contacted seller who after a long winded effort did replace them from Germany, great, only for 6 months down the line again, same problem bluetooth connection playing up. Cant go through all that again with the company so am going to call it a day. Dissatisfied with the product

The worst: it is impossible to reach Sennheisser’s service. I’m a media professional who used to value Sennheisser but it is one deception after another.

Am a fan of Seinnheiser - but have had nothing but problems - 1st pair one ear went then replaced but now they have a horrendous buzzing noise and won't turn on - thoroughly disappointed and would not recommend - sorry to say

The Headphones is Almost perfect, Great quality & Sound , with the Application you can adjust the sound as you prefer. You can close the Active noise cancellation as well with the buttons . The only downside is that it will warm up your ears. The Bass is decent but not boomy.

los audífonos son de buena calidad en cuestión de materiales y estos son bastante robustos, la duración de la batería es muy buena, es importante cargarlos totalmente en el primer uso, si descargas la aplicación como en mi caso utilizo el dispositivo en el celular podrás ecualizar a tu gusto y encontraras una gama de tonalidades bastante buenas, el volumen que alcanzan no es tan elevado pero es bastante decente ya que la reducción de ruido ayuda a que la música se aprecie bastante bien sin sonidos externos, no es la mejor reducción de ruido pero es muy buena, los contras que yo veo es que son bastante incomodos después de usarlos por 5 horas continuas, así que no los recomiendo para largas sesiones si es que eres de oreja grande. la ventaja que veo es que si se agota la batería puedes utilizar el cable el cual viene incluido con los audífonos y disfrutar de tu música sin problemas, claramente sabemos que la calidad del audio mejora al tenerlos conectados al cable pero en este modo no podrás utilizar la reducción de ruido pero la verdad ni se siente, ya que el ajuste propio de los audífonos aíslan bastante bien el ruido exterior, los compre en oferta y la verdad no puedo estar mas que satisfecho por el costo y el servicio que brindan, satisfecho 100 % por la compra.. no le doy 5 estrellas en calidad y precio porque siento que las almohadillas pudieran estar mejor, todo lo demas al 100..

First of all - these are not over-ear, they are on-ear. Even my 11yo daughter's ears could not fit in headphones. Overall, they are small - I felt an uncomfortable pressure every time wearing it; couple this with headphone size and you will get a headache after 1-2 hours. Soundwise, they are great - reach bass, highs are good, and you can tune equaliser in the app. No complaints there. Multipoint connection works, but you may need to power cycle them from time to time - they may get stuck and would not start playing music after phone call. I bought them for conf calls mainly and had to return them after 2 days. They will pick up every high-tone sound around you (I was able to hear a fork fallen from the table behind the closed door, and that was really loud!). On top of all environmental sounds (someone speaking in the room behind the wall, typing etc) you can hear yourself very very loud. The worst part is that people on the other side would hear all these sounds as well.
