I’ve been really happy with Vitamatic Ferrous Sulfate 325 mg with Vitamin C. As someone who’s dealt with low iron levels, I know how important it is to pair iron with Vitamin C to help with absorption—and this supplement makes it easy by combining both in one tablet. Each dose gives you 65 mg of elemental iron, plus 100 mg of Vitamin C, which helps your body actually absorb and use the iron effectively.
