Since ingredient sources can change and there is no legal standard for "raw", Raw Rev does not claim a specific "percentage raw" on their labels. Are Raw Rev products all gluten-free? Yes. Some of Raw Rev's products which contain chocolate chips/chunks list soy lecithin as an ingredient. If I have a soy allergy will this affect me? Research has shown that soy lecithin does not contain detectable soy protein, so most people with a soy allergy will not be affected by this product.
