Suggested Use: Application Mirawhite oxygen is applied with the brush twice a day, in the morning and evening after toothbrushing, for minimum one week. Simple steps to naturally white teeth: Brush your teeth as usual and let them dry, so taht no moisture is left on the tooth surfaces. The dry teeth may not get in touch with the lips or the tongue. Twist the bottom part of the pen until the gel is visible on the brush. Apply a thin layer of the whitening gel tooth by tooth in an up and down motion. If necessary, re-moisten the pen with gel. The mouth shold remain open, so the gel can dry. The lips must not get in touch with the teeth for min. 60 seconds. Rinsing is not necessary. In order to obtain an optimal result, do not eat, drink or smoke for 30 minutes after application. Shut the pen after use in order to avoid drying-out. If Mirawhite oxygen is used as directed, the first results are visible after one week. Discontinuation Treatment can be discontinued for one or more days. The best result, however, is achieved with a continuous application. Whitening Results Use the shade guide in front of the mirror to measure the whiteness of your teeth before and after treatment with Mirawhite oxygen. If used as directed, the first whitening results are visible after one week. Whitening by up to 5 shades can be achieved within two weeks. The final result always depends on the cause for the discoloration. Teeth that appear brown or yellow - mainly as a result of the consumption of nicotine, coffee, tea and red wine, are whitened by an average of 4 shades, greyish teeth - caused by medicaments - by an average of 2-3 shades.
